ok so I just got here from the collab animation you did and I think it would be good for you to get some pointers from a seasoned animator.
I'm assuming you've already gotten some negative feedback so I'm going to be as constructive as I possibly can. To put it simply, this animation is bad. There's no way to get around that but that doesn't mean you still can't be a good animator.
I'd reccomend writing scripts for your future projects. At least something that tells you what story you want to tell beforehand so you don't forget it while working.
It would also help if you made a more original storyline. I take it you've been inspired by Edd Gould (eddsworld) and said "I want to do that" and came out with this. Now, inspiration is one thing but this animation is what we call Plagiarism and it's not a good thing. You could pass this off as a remake or parody and someone would probably believe you because there's no effort to make this your own animation and seperate it from the material you were inspired by.
So, go take some risks! Be prepared to make a character or script that isn't good! It's how we learn and make better products in the future. And be prepared to get a lot of negative criticism but don't let it stop you from countining to create and experiment with animation.
